Feltmaking is one of the oldest textiles practices. Examples of exquisite pieces have been found in tombs in northern Europe, dating back centuries. In the context of this website we have separated Feltmaking from Millinery solely to present the diversity of both disciplines. Feltmaking has had a resurgence within western traditions as an art-form.
