Agnis has recently graduated with a first class degree in contemporary applied arts from the University of Cumbria. She has also been awarded Licentiate Membership to the Society of Designer Craftsmen.

Agnis has since returned to Leeds to set up her own business working from her studio at home. She has concentrated on her woven and felted textiles.

Agnis’ inspiration comes from the often ordinary and overlooked and finds in them an extraordinary beauty. She is interested and inspired by her natural surroundings, especially those plants and grasses that just happen to appear without any human intervention.

Agnis also delivers a range of workshops within the Yorkshire area passing on the skills she herself has gained.
